3M Scotch-Weld part numbers are easily crossed over to the Loctite/Permatex part numbers.
For Example: (2)
- Loctite/Permatex (271) red threadlocker becomes Scotch-Weld TL71. Just drop the first number of the Loctite/Permatex and you have the Scotch-Weld number (TL71) !
- Loctite/Permatex 515 gasket maker (purple) becomes Scotch-Weld GM15. Same principle applies, drop the 5 on 515 and you get our part number GM15 !
